International kids channel KidsCo has announced the international launch of a new breakfast block of video games.From 6:00am to 9:00amNigerian time, kids will start weekdays with a range of video game heroes first run exclusives as well as classic and original productions. This includes series like Turbo Dogs, Sonic Underground, Super Mario Brothers, Donkey Kong and Boo&Me2. The shows have been selected for KidsCo’s different regions based on popularity.
“We know what different localities want and this is our way of giving it to them in a controlled way” commented Programming Director Eileen McCarthy. Joint owned by NBC Universal, Corus Entertainment and Cookie Jar Entertainment, Kidsco is now rolling out into 93 territories worldwide in 18 languages.
